Well-being. Communication. Quality of life.
Music has long been known to support physical and emotional healing, and help people connect with themselves and others. In music therapy we use these natural qualities of music in a structured, clinical way to support mental health, nervous system regulation, emotional expression and personal growth.

What People Are Saying:
About Me
Hi! I am Linoy Yechieli, a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC) based in Portland, Oregon. I have a background in mental health rehabilitation, special education, and private practice. I hold a Master’s degree in music therapy and have worked with children, teens, and adults navigating emotional regulation, trauma, developmental differences, and life transitions.
As both a clinician and a musician, I believe music meets us where words sometimes cannot. My approach is relational, creative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and centered, where clients can explore, express, and grow at their own pace.
Through songwriting, musical improvisation, receptive music experiences, and structured therapeutic interventions, my goal is to help each person reconnect with their voice, both musically and emotionally.

What does a session look like?
Every session is individualized.
Some clients sing or write songs.
Some prefer listening and processing lyrics.
Some use rhythm for grounding.
Some barely “make music” at all — and that’s okay.
You do not need musical experience. This is therapy, not performance.
